SURFACE PREPARATION :
New Surfaces
1) Allow the new concrete to cure for 14-28 days to reduce water content and alkali to safe levels.
2) Clean the surface until it is free from dust, dirt, oil, and grease using detergents. After which, let it dry.
Repainting
1) Remove any flaking or peeling paint.
2) Clean the surface and dust off
APPLICATION SYSTEM
Brush, Roller, Spray, or Mechanical Marker
New or Repainting
Sealer (Optional): Apply one (1) coat of Alpha Strong Epoxy Penetrating Sealer.
1st Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of Alpha Strong Chlorinated Rubber-Based Non-Reflectorized Traffic Paint.
2nd Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of Alpha Strong Chlorinated Rubber-Based Non-Reflectorized Traffic Paint.
Recoating Interval: 3-4 hours. Let it dry for 24 hours before allowing traffic.
Keep the container dry and tightly closed in a cool and well-ventilated place.
Isolate from sources of heat, sparks, and open flame. Do not use sparkling tools.
Opened containers must be resealed carefully and kept upright to prevent leakage.
Keep away from oxidizing agents and strongly acidic materials.
Always keep in containers with the same material as the original one.
