SURFACE PREPARATION:
New Surfaces
1) Clean the wooden surface until it is free from dust, dirt, and other contaminants.
2) Hammer down the nail heads.
3) Sand the surface until it is smooth and let it dry.
Repainting:
1) Remove any flaking or peeling paint.
2) Hammer down the nail heads.
3) Sand the surface until it is smooth.
4) Clean and dust off the surface.

FLAT - Natural Finish
Optional: Apply ALPHA STRONG WOOD BLEACH 1& 2
Putty: Apply one (1) coat of ACWF-2400 ALPHA STRONG Wood Filler.
Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of ACSS-3600 ALPHA STRONG CLEAR SANDING SEALER (Repeat this step, if necessary, followed by light sanding).
1st Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ACDF-1020 ALPHA STRONG Clear Dead Flat Lacquer.
2nd Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ACDF-1020 ALPHA STRONG Clear Dead Flat Lacquer.
FLAT - Stained Finish
Putty: Apply one (1) coat of ACWF-2400 ALPHA STRONG Wood Filler.
Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of ACSS-3600 ALPHA STRONG CLEAR SANDING SEALER (Repeat this step, if necessary, followed by light sanding).
Stain: ALPHA STRONG Oil Woodstain or ALPHA STRONG NGR Stain
1st Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ACDF-1020 ALPHA STRONG Clear Dead Flat Lacquer (Recoating Interval: 30 minutes).
2nd Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ACDF-1020 ALPHA STRONG Clear Dead Flat Lacquer.
Keep the container dry and tightly closed in a cool and well-ventilated place.
Isolate from sources of heat, sparks, and open flame. Do not use sparkling tools.
Opened containers must be resealed carefully and kept upright to prevent leakage.
Keep away from oxidizing agents and strongly acidic materials.
Always keep in containers with the same material as the original one.
