SURFACE PREPARATION:

New Surfaces
1) Clean the wooden surface until it is free from dust, dirt, and other contaminants.
2) Hammer down the nail heads.
3) Sand the surface until it is smooth and let it dry.

Repainting:
1) Remove any flaking or peeling paint.
2) Hammer down the nail heads.
3) Sand the surface until it is smooth.
4) Clean and dust off the surface.

APPLICATION SYSTEM:
Putty Knife or Scraper

New or Repainting

DUCO - Gloss Finish
Primer: Apply one (1) coat of ACLP-4070 ALPHA STRONG Lacquer Primer White.
Putty: Repair dents, scratches, and other imperfections with ACLP-1007 ALPHA STRONG Lacquer Glazing Putty (Drying Time: 5-10 minutes, Sandable in 1 hour).
Primer: Apply one (1) coat of ACLP-4070 ALPHA STRONG Lacquer Primer White.
1st Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ACLE-2070 ALPHA STRONG Lacquer Enamel White or ACPL-1070 ALPHA STRONG Lacquer Topcoat White.
2nd Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ACLE-2070 ALPHA STRONG Lacquer Enamel White or ACPL-1070 ALPHA STRONG Lacquer Topcoat White.

SEMI-DUCO - Gloss Finish
Primer: Apply one (1) coat of ACLP-4070 ALPHA STRONG Lacquer Primer White.
Putty: Repair dents, scratches, and other imperfections using ACLP-1007 ALPHA STRONG Lacquer Glazing Putty.
Primer: Apply one (1) coat of ACLP-4070 ALPHA STRONG Lacquer Primer White.
1st Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ALPHA GLOSS Quick Dry Enamel.
2nd Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ALPHA GLOSS Quick Dry Enamel.

New Galvanized Iron Surfaces
1) Apply ACGT-0369 Alpha Chroma Galva Treat Solution and rinse with clear water.
2) Wipe the surface with a cloth moistened with ACT-1610 Alpha Chroma Lacquer Thinner to eliminate unreacted Alpha Chroma Galva-Treat Solution. Do not use turpentine or mineral spirits since they leave an oily deposit on the surface.

Repainting - Corroded Galvanized Iron
1) Remove rust by wire brushing and sanding.
2) Treat with ACRC-0276 Alpha Chroma Rust Converter.
3) Wipe the surface with a clean cloth moistened with ACT-1610 Alpha Chroma Lacquer Thinner to eliminate unreacted rust converter.

Repainting - Uncorroded Galvanized Iron
1) Remove any flaking or peeling paint.
2) Sand, clean, and dust off.

APPLICATION SYSTEM :

New or Repainting
Primer : Apply one (1) coat of ACEP-4000 Aplha Strong Epoxy Metal Primer Red Oxide.
Putty : Alpha Strong ACLP-1007 Lacquer Glazing Putty.
1st Topcoat : Apply one (1) coat of ACPL-1070 Alpha Chroma Lacquer Topcoat White or
ACLE-2070 Alpha Chroma Lacquer Enamel Topcoat.
2nd Topcoat : Apply one (1) coat of ACPL-1070 Alpha Chroma lacquer Topcoat White or
ACLE-2070 Alpha Chroma Lacquer Enamel Topcoat.

Keep the container dry and tightly closed in a cool and well-ventilated place.

Isolate from sources of heat, sparks, and open flame. Do not use sparkling tools.

Opened containers must be resealed carefully and kept upright to prevent leakage.

Keep away from oxidizing agents and strongly acidic materials.

Always keep in containers with the same material as the original one.
