SURFACE PREPARATION :
New Surfaces
1) Use only 12% kiln-dried wood.
2) Sand the surface until it is smooth.
3) Clean and dust off the surface.

Repainting
1) Remove flaking and peeling paint by manual or mechanical method.
2) Sand the surface until smooth.
3) Clean and dust off the surface.

APPLICATION SYSTEM :
Roller or Spray

New or Repainting
GLOSS - Natural Finish

Optional: Apply ALPHA STRONG WOOD BLEACH 1 & 2
Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of ACPU-1027 ALPHA STRONG POLYURETHANE SEALER.
Mix 7 parts Polyurethane Floor Sealer and 1 part Floor Coating Catalyst by volume
The mixture hardens in 8 hours
Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of ACPU-1027 ALPHA STRONG POLYURETHANE SEALER.
1st Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ACPU-1007 ALPHA STRONG POLYURETHANE GLOSS TOPCOAT.
2nd Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ACPU-1007 ALPHA STRONG POLYURETHANE GLOSS TOPCOAT.

Note: Allow curing for 3 days for foot traffic
Allow curing for 7 days for heavy-duty use

Keep the container dry and tightly closed in a cool and well-ventilated place.

Isolate from sources of heat, sparks, and open flame. Do not use sparkling tools.

Opened containers must be resealed carefully and kept upright to prevent leakage.

Keep away from oxidizing agents and strongly acidic materials.

Always keep in containers with the same material as the original one.
