SURFACE PREPARATION:

New Surfaces
1) Clean the surface until it is free from dust, dirt, and other contaminants.

Repainting :
1) Remove the existing material with Paint & Varnish remover and start as a new surface.
2) Wipe the surface with a clean rag moistened in Alpha Strong Lacquer Thinner.

APPLICATION SYSTEM:
Putty Knife

New or Repainting
Staining: Alpha Strong Oil Woodstain (if required) or Alpha Strong NGR Woodstain (if required).
Putty: Repair surface imperfections with ACWD-4070 Alpha Strong Wood Dough Pale Natural.
1st Topcoat: ACDF-1020 Alpha Strong Clear Flat Lacquer (Hi Solids) or ACWB-1000 Alpha Strong Bespar Spar Varnish.
2nd Topcoat: ACDF-1020 Alpha Strong Clear Flat Lacquer (Hi Solids) or ACWB-1000 Alpha Strong Bespar Spar Varnish.

Surface Preparation for Wood

New Surfaces
1) Sand the surface to remove roughness and loose edges.

Repainting
1) Remove any flaking or peeling paint.
2) Sand, clean, and dust off.

Application System for Wood

New or Repainting
Primer: Apply one (1) coat of ALPHA STRONG Interior/ Exterior Wood Primer White
Putty: Cover wood defects and nail holes Alpha Strong Enamel “Plasto-Lux" Glazing Putty White

1st Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of topcoat ALPHA STRONG FLATWALL ENAMEL WHITE, ALPHA STRONG INTERIOR SEMI-GLOSS ENAMEL WHITE, or ALPHA GLOSS QUICK DRY ENAMEL.

2nd Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of topcoat ALPHA STRONG FLATWALL ENAMEL WHITE, ALPHA STRONG INTERIOR SEMI-GLOSS ENAMEL WHITE, or ALPHA GLOSS QUICK DRY ENAMEL.

Keep the container dry and tightly closed in a cool and well-ventilated place.

Isolate from sources of heat, sparks, and open flame. Do not use sparkling tools.

Opened containers must be resealed carefully and kept upright to prevent leakage.

Keep away from oxidizing agents and strongly acidic materials.

Always keep in containers with the same material as the original one.
