SURFACE PREPARATION :
Galvanized Iron Sheets

New Surfaces
1) Apply ACGT-0369 Alpha Chroma Galva Treat Solution and rinse with clear water.
2) Wipe the surface with a cloth moistened with ACT-1610 Alpha Chroma Lacquer Thinner to eliminate unreacted Alpha Chroma Galva-Treat Solution. Do not use turpentine or mineral spirits since they leave an oily deposit on the surface.
3) Apply ACPRE-6500 Alpha Chroma Zinc Primer Yellow or
ACPRE-6360 Alpha Chroma Zinc Primer Green.

Repainting - Corroded
1) Remove rust by wire brushing and sanding.
2) Treat the area with ACRC-0276 Alpha Chroma Rust Converter.
3) Wipe with a clean cloth moistened with ACT-1610 Alpha Chroma Lacquer Thinner to eliminate unreacted rust converter.
4) Spot prime corroded areas with ACPRE-6500 Alpha Chroma Zinc Primer Yellow or ACPRE-6360 Alpha Chroma Zinc Primer Green before rust sets in.

Repainting -Uncorroded
1) Remove any flaking or peeling paint.
2) Sand, clean, and dust off.

APPLICATION SYSTEM:
Brush, Roller and Airless Spray

New or Repainting
Optional: Apply one (1) coat of ROS-RM-12000 Rain or Shine Roofmastic White.
1st Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ALPHA ROOF 100% Acrylic Roof Paint (Recoating interval is 1-2 hours).
2nd Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of ALPHA ROOF 100% Acrylic Roof Paint.
3rd Topcoat (optional): Apply one (1) coat of ALPHA ROOF 100% Acrylic Roof Paint.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Unglazed Roof Tiles

New Surfaces
1) Treat the surface with ACCN-7250 Alpha Chroma Concrete Neutralizer.
2) Wash with water to remove unwanted deposits.
3) Allow the surface to dry thoroughly.

Repainting
1) Remove any flaking or peeling paint.
2) Sand, clean, and dust off.

APPLICATION SYSTEM

New or Repainting
Primer: Apply one (1) coat of ACL-1058 Alpha White Prime Acrylic Latex Concrete Primer.
1st Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of topcoat ALPHA STRONG 100% Acrylic Roof Paint.
2nd Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of topcoat ALPHA STRONG 100% Acrylic Roof Paint.

Keep the container tightly closed and upright to prevent leakage.

Store in a well-ventilated area.

Always keep in containers with the same material as the original one.

Contain and collect spillage with a non-combustible absorbent material like sand.
