SURFACE PREPARATION:

New Surfaces
1) Allow the new concrete to cure from (1) one week to one (1) month to reduce water content and alkali to safe levels. There is no need to neutralize concrete. Correct plumbness of more than 4 mm thick with exterior renders.
2) Clean substrate of dirt, dust, and other contaminants and let dry.

Repainting
1) Remove any existing material and scrape to bare.
2) Sand, clean, and dust off.

APPLICATION SYSTEM :
Trowel or Putty Knife

New or Repainting
1) Apply two (2) coats of Arkhon Skim Coat directly to the surface. The recoating interval should be 1-2 hours. Do not add water or other materials.
2) Let it dry and then sand. The drying time of Arkhon Acrylic Skim Coat depends on the wet film thickness of the applied Skim Coat.
3) Dust off the material before applying the topcoat. Allow at least a day for the topcoat to cure before applying paint.

Keep the container tightly closed and upright to prevent leakage.

Store in a well-ventilated area.

Always keep in containers with the same material as the original one.

Contain and collect spillage with a non-combustible absorbent material like sand.
