SURFACE PREPARATION:
New Surfaces
1) Apply ACGT-0369 Alpha Chroma Galva Treat Solution and rinse with water.
2) Wipe the surface with cloth moistened with ACT-1610 Alpha Chroma Lacquer Thinner.
Do not use turpentine or mineral spirits since they leave an oily deposit on the surface.
Repainting
1) Remove rust by wire brushing and sanding.
2) Treat with ACRC-0276 Alpha Chroma Rust Converter.
3) Wipe the surface with cloth moistened with ACT-1610 Alpha Chroma Lacquer Thinner
to eliminate unreacted rust converter.
Note : Apply immediately with primer before rust sets in.

1st Coat : Apply one coat ACPRE-6500 Alpha Chroma Zinc Primer Yellow or
Apply one coat ACPRE-6360 Alpha Chroma Zinc Primer Green
2nd Coat : Apply one (1) coat of Arkhon RooTtight
3rd Coat : Apply one (1) coat of Arkhon RoofTight
4th Coat
Optional : Apply one (1) coat of Arkhon RoofTight
Keep the container tightly closed and upright to prevent leakage.
Store in a well-ventilated area.
Always keep in containers with the same material as the original one.
Contain and collect spillage with a non-combustible absorbent material like sand.
